Status: Exempt, Salaried,  Full-time

 What You Bring:

•  A Bachelor's degree along with at least a decade of operational management competence, ideally within the non-profit arena.
• Proven record of fundraising and development experience.
• Commitment to community involvement for donor and board recruitment.
• A gift for connectivity using exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven track record of inspiring and orchestrating high-performing teams.
• An inclusive perspective and an affinity for diverse community enrichment.
•  A passion and vision for animal care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, fueled by strategic and agile thinking.
